IMO O3 is easier than new shatters, and I daresay leechable with a good enough group given peoples obsession with topping the sniffer, but the problem is just getting in. It’s not necessarily the fact that it’s discord runs, it’s that O3 is locked behind requirements that make discord mainstream, if not a requirement.

Ring- Formerly just an objectively worse Omni, it got buffed and is now about on-par. So it's potentially best in-slot depending on what you want from a ring. Pretty good all-arounder, nice survivability decent dps boost. Oryx 3: Sword- Best in slot for convenience and clearing and looking badass.
