Have someone flick the switch while your ear is close to the solenoid. You can check the voltage at the solenoid when the PTO switch is on. It can be set to .060 on each bolt by using 2 1/2" wrench's, loosen lock nut then set clerance, hold bolt and tighten lock nut, this will release the p.t.o clutch sooner when pushing pedal down.
