I cleaned this folder and copied the file from \Steam\steamapps\common\7 Days To Die\Data\Prefabs Then I started my current world (which was without traders up to this moment) activated the white river citizen quest again and directly go a mark for a trader. Unfortunately the trader was to a big part inside a mountain.

Craft 3 drawbridges and sell them. Its 6k+ depending on your skill. You can sell 3 to each trader you discovered every 3 days so that's 20k per trader every 3 days. Drawbridge is not very expensive to craft, wood, forged iron and some springs. So you need to level up the trader if you want to get tier5 quests but that doesn't mean later you only get t5, but you can still get t1 to t4. Completely random. I'd also appreciate if you can limit the trader quests. Maybe only 1 quest per week or something like that. Or even better only one t5 quest per week, two t4 quests per week, three t3 ...
